when faith is tested

its amazing how when you accept god that all of a sudden your faced with challenges right out of the gate. But you need to know you got to have faith becasue like i've said before and cant say enough that when your your faith is tested your endurance has a chance to grow so instead of thinking this is to hard to over come so i'll just give up think of how to over come it. yes you will fall only if you dont trust in god to take care of your problems but instead of asking away out. pray for wisdom to get you through you may find that helps more than anything. BUT dont think that by becoming a christian your problems are gone becasue really from that point on there just going to get bigger so give it to the lord. see what happens then. love yall!

facing challenges

lately i've been noticing how easy it seems to be a christian when your in a comfortable environment were no one can seem to hurt you but the very first time you enter a place that challenges your faith (school) everything just goes down the drain and it's almost as if we never even believed in it in the first place. But why is it like that? well i think it's because most of the begining of our lives are spent in school and most of the people you attend school with is involved in drugs or alcohol and sometimes simply just uses cuss words. So when we as followers of christ stop and say hey this isnt the life god planed for me so i choose to live life for him not the world we get judged and outcasted for what we believe in even if it was entended or not. but make it your priorty to stay strong in god and know he fulls you and nothing else can and say that to yourself next time you face a challenge.

drawing close to god

it's so easy for someone to forget about god and want the world isnt it? i mean probably every day a indiviual will spend time thinking how much better there life would be if they had what there best friend had or some might say '' if only i could hit the lottery or do something to win big like that guy maybe i wouldn't feal so bad all the time''. All of this is a form of jealousy, but no one ever takes the time to realize how much god is jealous of us. Because when we sit and say to our selfs man i would do anything for what that guy has where just becoming more and more like the world, and when you become like the world you become an enemy of god. But again no one ever really thinks about it because we do it so often its just normal for everyone and that includes me. but like it says in james 4:1-10 you have a chance to become close to god by humbling yourselves. And i much rather be closer to god than an enemy. so humble yourselves before the lord and he will lift you up in honor again as said in james but when i say this i include myself because no one person is perfect. so let us all come close to gether and humble ourselves.
